1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and winbkx ("winbkx", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at winbkx.net ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the winbkx Platform — including the Sportsbook, Casino, Slots, and all related features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) winbkx account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, winbkx reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual and to forfeit any balances held therein, including deposits and winnings.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your membership. winbkx is entitled to rely on the information provided in your account profile. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winbkx login credentials (username and password). You agree to notify winbkx immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. winbkx will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account credentials where you have failed to maintain adequate security.

3.4 KYC Verification

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

winbkx accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

4.2 Minimum Transactions

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

winbkx endeavours to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times vary by payment method. Withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of KYC verification or where winbkx has reasonable grounds to investigate the source of funds. winbkx reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

4.4 Currency

The winbkx Platform operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). winbkx is not responsible for any currency conversion costs that may be applied by your payment provider.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the winbkx Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product — Sportsbook, Casino, or Slots — as displayed within the relevant section of the Platform. These product-specific rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. winbkx does not permit cancellation of a confirmed bet except in circumstances specifically provided for in the applicable product rules (e.g., event cancellation or postponement in the Sportsbook).
• winbkx reserves the right to void bets where there has been a manifest error in the display of odds, game outcomes, or other material information, provided that such error was reasonably apparent.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply and are displayed at the point of wager placement. winbkx may adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by certified studio providers. RNG game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator software subject to independent audit.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

winbkx may, from time to time, offer promotional credits, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to Members ("Promotions"). The following general terms apply to all Promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement, eligible games, and time limit for each Promotion are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• winbkx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are issued at winbkx's sole discretion and may not be available to all Members.
• Abuse of Promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim offers, systematic play patterns intended to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering requirements, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winbkx Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Use of automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in place of or alongside human play.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploitation of system errors, technical glitches, or software vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Money laundering or use of the Platform for any activity that facilitates illegal financial transactions.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC verification.
• Any conduct that disrupts the fair operation of the Platform or negatively impacts other members' experience.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the winbkx Platform — including but not limited to the winbkx name, logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of winbkx or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of winbkx content without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• winbkx provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranty as to the Platform's uninterrupted availability, accuracy of odds or game data, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• winbkx shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, or third-party payment processing delays.
• Nothing in these Terms limits winbkx's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Privacy & Data

winbkx collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to winbkx's data practices as described in the Privacy Policy. winbkx will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 11. Responsible Gaming
